How Booking Works- the 5-step process from consultation to confirmed dates Scheduling & Availability - how dates are set, remote community grouping, written confirmation Cancellations & Rescheduling - 72 hours notice required, deposit handled case by case with compassion ("we understand life happens - especially in communities navigating complex circumstances"), late cancellations may result in deposit retained for costs already incurred What We Ask of You — be home during service (done with you not for you), share special needs upfront, safe environment for everyone, mutual confidentiality
